Alpha is a 10 week program designed to answer all the questions people ever wanted to ask about religion, God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, but were afraid they might be accused of knowing too little about Christianity. The evening begins with a free meal, then everyone enjoys a wide screen video explaining some area of our faith, like: “Who is Jesus and why did he have to die for us?” After the tape everyone gets in a small group and discusses the video and asks more questions. No “experts” will make you feel like you don’t know anything. The small group leaders are persons who have themselves been in the Alpha program, usually just 10 weeks ago. The “Come and See” banquet is to introduce Alpha to anyone who just wants to see what it’s like. There is NO commitment required, ever. You can come every one of the 10 weeks, or only when you can make it. Child care is provided.

Great News! Alpha will be starting again soon! We will be celebrating our Come and See Dinner on March 18th. Come enjoy dinner and see what Alpha is all about. If you decide it is something that you like, we will be meeting for the next 10 weeks on Wednesday nights at 6pm. We will always start with a small dinner. Then we will watch the video. After the video is over we will meet in a small group to discuss what was shown. This is where people can ask any questions they might have about the video. This setting is a non-threatning environment where people can get questions answered that they may have had for years! Come see us on March 18th at 6pm. If you have any friends or neighbors that this could be good for, please bring them!
